Dyana Alimossy, CVT
Practice Manager (Licensed technician)
Dyana was born in New York and migrated to Grants Pass with her parents as a high school student. Her first job as a senior in high school was working in a veterinary clinic. Dyana attended Oregon State University for 2 years then returned to Grants pass and resumed working in the veterinary field.
In 1984 she joined what was then Dollarhide Animal Hospital and earned her certification as licensed technician. While the practice has changed ownership twice she has continued to be a valuable part of each transition. Dyana is knowledgeable in all areas of the clinic and quickly worked her way to helping the owners manage the practice. While she enjoys the management aspect she also enjoys her technician duties and has a strong interest in surgery and especially orthopedics. Dyana splits her time between management and her technical duties and is a member of the leadership team.
Dyana spends her off time with friends, cycling, wine tasting or just hanging out and enjoying their friendships, She shares her home with "Packer" and "Coal black labs she rescued.
Front Office Manager
Charlene graduated from Long Beach State with a BA in Business and worked as a purchaser for JC Penny Co. across the US. Charlene and her 2 young boys moved to Oregon in 1994 and she began working at a pediatric clinic in Medford.
Charlene joined the Riverside team in October of 2001 as a receptionist but shortly after became the front office manager. She splits her duties between the reception area, managing her staff and being a member of the clinic leadership team.
Charlene's 2 boys, Ryan & Cole are grown and either finished with college or just about to finish college so Charlene spends her quiet time with her German Shepherd (Molly), Cole's English Bulldog (Rocky) and her 2 cat's Sweet Pea & Bobby. In her spare time she love's to walk with Molly or spend time in the kitchen cooking.
Tammy was born and raised in Washington and over the years has spent time in Gold Beach and Roseburg before settling in Grants Pass in 1998.
Tammy stared her career with animals helping at the Humane Society and was very active with the local shelter and shelter management. She joined Riverside Park Veterinary Clinic in 2001 as a technician and was preparing to get her certification when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor. After surgery she was left with some motor function loss but has worked so hard at overcoming those things and is a vital part of the team.
Tammy and her husband Rich enjoy spending time camping, hunting and anytime in the sun and by water.. They have 2 grown children Christina and Derick that they enjoy spending time with, but her 2 grandsons really have her heart. Along with their son, Tammy & Rich share there home with Tug (Pitbull), Dusty (Pekingese) and 1 cat (Alex).
Tammy's loves to read, going to the movies and listening to music but her favorite thing is snuggling on the bed with her furry family.
